The ceramic-glass unit used for the table tops is a product obtained by combining a ceramic slab (porcelain stoneware) with a tempered float glass. In this way, a top with excellent aesthetic properties and remarkable resistance properties to daily use is obtained, in particular abrasion, impacts, scratches, stains, temperature changes and chemicals.  Fire resistance: does not retain organic substances, therefore it resists fire and high temperatures.

 Scratch resistance: resists scratches, being a sintered material at 1200-1400 ° C.

 Wear resistance: resists scratches and deep abrasion, and remains unchanged even after intensive use.

 Impact resistance: the impact resistance is far superior to that of other materials of similar application.

 Flexural strength: has a high breaking modulus.

 UV resistance: free of organic elements, it resists UV rays and its colors do not undergo any alteration.

 Resistance to stains: it is resistant to any type of stain: its surface is not porous and does not absorb liquids.

 Resistance to mold: it is not absorbent and free of organic elements and does not allow the creation of mold.

 Resistance to chemical attacks: resists organic, inorganic solvents, disinfectants and detergents.

 It does not absorb liquids: being completely free of porosity it does not absorb any liquid.

 Easy cleaning: it can be cleaned very easily without altering the surface characteristics.

 Hygienic surface: it does not release elements in solution and is therefore totally compatible with food.
