According to the ordered product shipment may take place between 7 and 35 working days, the days of expected delivery from Livitalia are normally comply with the furniture stores and Furniture Design to limit the cost to the end user, not stock the goods in their warehouses. Such terms, despite being carefully evaluated, are not binding for Livitalia, which can subsequently confirm or change them, depending on your availability and/or needs. 

Deliveries are made by courier. For shipments we use Courier qualified service such as UPS, DHL, GLS, BRT BARTOLINI, or couriers specialize in delivery of furniture and furnishings. 
Between the day of dispatch of the products and on the day of arrival to the customer occur generally from 2 to 7 days depending on location. The Islands and disadvantaged localities generally require a few more days.

DELIVERY COSTS and promotions "recommended recordings"

Shipping costs are calculated by weight, volume and destination of the goods of the CAP and of the targeted region (Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria have shipping costs more) the same applies to European Nationsfor this reason registration is requested.

Supplements for Special Locations
Deliveries are intended exclusively to street plan (standard) are not carried out deliveries of floor conveyors and is not provided for the withdrawal.


 -Choice COURIER = by appointment Delivery
If you choose this option, "Delivery on Appointment"you will be contacted by courier to secure the delivery (hours 9.00 14.00 -12.00/ -18.00) which will take place within 3 (three) days from communication and necessarily on weekdays (Monday to Friday). The "delivery by appointment" implies a cost contribution of + €. 7.00 from the customer.  There are no mounting services, unless they were previously agreed in writing with the supplier.

Shipping Standard delivery does not take account of possible supplements for locations that require the use of means of delivery other than the usual ones like truck 6-14 meters, for example:

 -Limited traffic Zone (ZTL) and Historical Centres,
 -Shipyards and  unfinished real estate; sites under construction or completion;
 - Areas hardship: less access to areas away from the main centres.
 -Iminor Sun and zones (Livigno, Campione d'Italia, Italy Czech Republic of San Marino) and all the minor islands such as 34 (Capri, Anacapri, Ponza, Ischia, Elba, Portoferraio, Marciana, Tremiti, Linosa, Lampedusa, La Maddalena, Lipari, Forio, Procida, Favignana, Pantelleria, Isola del Giglio, Calasetta, Malfa, Capraia, etc.) Supplement on quote to be agreed.


   Shipping costs vary depending on the volumetric weight of the goods and is calculated automatically by the system, to certain areas of destination of the goods is subject to a supplement, see below:  
 A- minor Islands : all 34 smaller islands such as Capri, Ischia, Lampedusa, Italy, Elba, Tremiti, etc.etc. , the supplement, in addition to normal postage is $ 50.00 per cubic meter field on unitary basis, is not calculated automatically by your system.


 B-free zones:  
Livigno, the supplement, in addition to normal postage is $ 120.00 per cubic meter field on unitary basis, is not calculated automatically by your system. 
Champion of Italy, the supplement, in addition to normal postage is $ 80.00. to cubic meter unit-based, is not calculated automatically by your system. 
Delivery times are calculated from receipt of payment: immediate if paid by credit card or Paypal, variable if carried out by Bank; Delivery times vary depending on the type of items purchased (within 35 business days), the estimated times of delivery indicated in the product are indicative. The courier does not make deliveries, delivery is carried out on the road.

Any delays in deliveries of less than 40 (forty) days do not entitle the customer to refuse delivery of the products, nor to demand compensation or compensation whatsoever.
Livitalia has the right to make the delivery of products (even on the same order) in successive deliveries more understanding, in this case, a single charge to the customer in respect of transport costs.
Terms & delivery details must be agreed in advance between the parties and accepted in writing by Livitalia.

It is possible to collect your order in person, by appointment, by sending an email with your personal details and a number of identification document to be presented at the time of the withdrawal, at one of our warehouses in Italy, San Benedetto del Tronto (AP) in Via Liberazione SS 16, 182, 


 "GOODS CONTROL" precautions for the customer
Upon delivery, the customer must verify the content, the conformity and the condition of the goods. Therefore, the delivery, the customer is advised to check the State of packages delivered before signing the receipt notice, and in particular:

  the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document attached to the shipment;
 that the packaging is undamaged, not tampered with, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered. 
In case of tampering and/or breakage of packing the customer must write in detail the damage on the delivery receipt in the courier section. :  MERCHANDISE WITHDRAWN SUBJECT to "specifying clearly the reason" example: WE ACCEPT WE RESERVE for BROKEN PACKAGE
The Service may require photographic documentation packaging received and the damage found.


-Warning: If the document courier service is signed without any affix "reserve", the customer cannot oppose any contestation concerning damages due to transport.
Claims for non-conformity of the delivered products must be received in writing directly to Livitalia, immediately after receipt of the goods. The customer must keep the original packaging and the delivery of products.


If this is not possible, by comply with the terms of delivery, the customer shall be notified promptly of the delay by e-mail or by phone at the numbers listed at the time of the order.
